By visiting trylyfe.store and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including all policies referenced here. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services. We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on this page; continued use constitutes acceptance.
1. Access and Account
By agreeing to these Terms you represent that you are at least 18 and the age of majority in your place of residence. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all account activity. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.

We've made every effort to provide accurate representations of our products. We are not liable for such variations, and they are not grounds for a claim or refund. Descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice. When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, and to refuse or cancel orders (including apparent reseller/bulk orders) at our sole discretion, before or after confirmation. If we cancel or change an order, we'll attempt to notify you at the contact details provided.
4. Prices, Offers & Billing
Prices, discounts, and promotional offers (including subscription pricing) are subject to change at any time without notice, including for existing subscribers per our Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy. Posted prices exclude taxes, shipping, and customs unless stated. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information and represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
5. Subscriptions
LYFE Liposomal Glutathione is sold as a recurring subscription. By ordering, you authorize recurring billing until cancelled, subject to the minimum 2-billing-cycle commitment and early-cancellation fee described in our Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy.
6. Shipping
We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, risk of loss passes to you, subject to our Shipping Policy claims process.
7. Health & Product Disclaimer
LYFE Liposomal Glutathione is a dietary supplement, not a drug or medicine. Statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. THE SERVICES AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TRUECOM JON ARTNIK S.P. (LYFE), ITS OWNER, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCT, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR LOST DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR ANY PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TRUECOM Jon Artnik s.p. (LYFE), its owner, affiliates, agents, contractors, and service providers from any losses, damages, liabilities, or claims — including reasonable legal fees — arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms, (2) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (3) your use of the Services or products.
14. Binding Arbitration & Class Action Waiver (US Customers)
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY — THIS AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. If you are located in the United States, you and LYFE agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, our products, or the Services that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except you may bring qualifying claims in small-claims court. You and LYFE each waive any right to a jury trial. Class Action Waiver: claims may be brought only in an individual capacity, never as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, or representative proceeding. Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact support@trylyfe.store and attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing support@trylyfe.store within 30 days of your first purchase, stating your name, order number, and intent to opt out. Nothing here limits any non-waivable right under applicable law.
15. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with our referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and us, superseding any prior agreements or communications.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and without depriving you of the protection of any mandatory consumer-protection law of your state or country of residence.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes on this page. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
