Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Some items are offered as a one-time purchase, a promotional bundle, or a subscription (Automatic Refills). This policy explains how billing, renewals, cancellations, and shipping work for each. All recurring-billing terms — price, frequency, renewal quantity, and shipping — are disclosed clearly at checkout before you confirm.

One-Time Purchases & Promotional Bundles

Our promotional bundles — for example Buy 1 Get 1 Free, Buy 2 Get 1 Free, and Buy 3 Get 2 Free — are one-time, upfront promotional offers. The free bonus units are a one-time incentive included with that single order. These bundle offers are not subscriptions and do not rebill, unless you separately choose to add Automatic Refills at checkout.

Subscriptions (Save 20% with Automatic Refills)

You can choose Automatic Refills to save 20% and have your product delivered automatically. Automatic Refills are zero commitment — cancel anytime.

How renewals work

  • Renewal quantity is always 1 unit (1 bottle) per cycle, regardless of the promotional bundle you purchased upfront. The multi-unit bundles (Buy 1 Get 1, Buy 2 Get 1, Buy 3 Get 2) are one-time promotional offers — they are not the subscription. Your recurring shipments contain one unit each.
  • Your selected payment method is charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle at the subscription price (20% off) and frequency disclosed at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
  • The renewal amount, frequency, and contents are shown at checkout and in your order confirmation email.

Shipping on renewals

  • Renewal orders (1 unit) are charged standard shipping, unless that renewal order meets our free-shipping threshold.
  • Any free shipping you received on a first-order promotional bundle (including the Buy 3 Get 2 Free tier) applies to the first order only and does not carry over to renewals.

No Commitment

There is no minimum term. You may cancel at any time and your subscription will not renew again.

Cancelling or Changing Your Subscription

You can cancel or modify your subscription (frequency, next ship date, or product) at any time through your account / subscription management portal, or by emailing support@trylyfe.store, and we'll process your request promptly. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund charges already billed (see our Refund & Return Policy). To avoid being charged for an upcoming cycle, cancel before the renewal date shown in your account.
