Processing & Dispatch
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.
- Orders that meet our free-shipping threshold ship free.
- Orders below the threshold are charged a flat shipping fee, shown at checkout before you pay.
- Important for promotional bundles and subscriptions: A free-shipping benefit included with a first-order promotional bundle applies to that first order only. It does not carry over to future subscription renewals. Renewal orders are charged standard shipping unless the renewal order itself meets the free-shipping threshold (see our Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy).
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and depend on destination. Estimates are provided in good faith and may vary due to carrier delays or other factors outside our control.
Duties & Taxes
Prices are shown in USD. Any applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. If an order is shipped from outside the United States, any import duties or fees assessed on delivery are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders
If your package is lost in transit, arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but not received, contact within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date with your order number and photos (for damage). We'll work with the carrier to resolve it with a replacement or refund.
