We stand behind the quality of our products and aim to make returns as hassle-free as possible. This policy explains our guarantee, what's eligible, and how to return an item. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with a LYFE product, we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: contact us within 30 days of delivery and return your bottles, and we'll issue a full refund of the product price. You are responsible for return shipping and handling fees. The guarantee applies to opened or unopened products — you're welcome to try the product — provided:

  • It was purchased directly through www.trylyfe.store.
  • It is not a final-sale item (final sale applies only to clearly marked clearance or limited-edition products — not to standard multi-bottle bundles such as Buy 2 Get 1 Free, which remain covered by this guarantee).
  • The request is made within 30 days of delivery.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable federal or state law. Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is a voluntary benefit we offer in addition to those rights. Where applicable law provides protections more favorable than this policy, those rights apply.

How to Ship Your Return

Contact support@trylyfe.store first to receive return instructions and the return address. Include your order number inside the parcel so we can process it faster. Once we receive and verify your returned bottles, approved refunds are issued for the full product price to your original payment method. (You cover return shipping and handling unless the return is due to a faulty or incorrect product.) Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days of approval; depending on your bank, it may take an additional billing cycle to appear on your statement.

Damaged, Defective, or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or leaking, or never arrives, report the issue within 7 days of delivery with photos to support@trylyfe.store, and we'll send a replacement or process a refund. For faulty or incorrect products, we cover the cost of return and replacement.
